Goalkeeper: Tony Henriksen
Overlooked sub Tony Henriksen (Alvin Martin preferred to give Neville Southall a chance) was given a contract until September 1998 to prove himself as a replacement for Simon Royce. He received coaching from West Ham's Les Sealy.
Tony has now gone to Oslo where, hopefully, he will be given a genuine opportunity to prove himself now that Mel Capleton appears to be the preferred substitute goalkeeper.
Unfortunately, it has been reported that Tony is now suffering from arthritis so his playing career could be at an end.
